What you'll do
- Own and ship the most complex PRs across the entire product including billing, API, dashboard, and enterprise features.
- Take over technical leadership from CEO/CTO by reviewing PRs, raising code quality, and shaping technical direction.
- Develop and maintain performance-critical code with focus on debugging, optimization, and security standards.
- Collaborate directly with CEO/CTO in a high-trust, hands-on role without management responsibilities.
- Contribute to frontend using TailwindCSS and build clean, functional UI alongside backend development.
