What you'll do

- Design and build full-stack web applications enabling customers to explore, apply for, and maintain benefits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers and establish best practices for AI-driven personalization and AI-native design patterns.
- Ensure platform quality through CI/CD, observability, and high-quality, well-tested code across frontend and backend.
