What you'll do
- Lead design, build, and testing of core platform services including communications, reporting, and compliance.
- Mentor engineers to solve complex technical problems in large-scale, high-impact domains.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Design teams to prototype and launch solutions.
- Own platform performance, scalability, and reliability for one of the largest Ruby/Rails and JavaScript/React applications.
- Drive architecture decisions and set engineering standards across teams.
