What you'll do
- Lead design, build, and testing of core products including Payroll, Benefits, HR, and Retirement.
- Mentor engineers to solve complex technical problems at large scale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Design, and Platform teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Own multi-quarter projects with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Operate across the full product lifecycle from specification to long-term iteration.
