What you'll do
- Lead architectural evolution of major subsystems including GraphQL APIs and event-driven communication.
- Deliver full-stack development across Ruby on Rails backend, SvelteKit/TypeScript frontend, and AWS serverless infrastructure.
- Optimize and scale a serverless background processing framework supporting 400+ Lambda workers.
- Architect multi-tenant data patterns with strict tenant isolation across MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Redis.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration in a compliance-regulated environment.
