What you'll do
- Lead design and implementation of reports and visualizations across Gusto’s product suite using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Migrate legacy reports from Rails/MySQL to a new platform built on Rails, Cube, and Clickhouse.
- Participate in support rotations and manage a backlog of technical debt and SRE improvements to enhance platform reliability.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams to solve complex technical challenges at scale.
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and launch new features while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
