What you'll do
- Lead design and implementation of reports and visualizations across Gusto’s product suite using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Migrate legacy reports from Rails/MySQL to a modern platform using Rails, Cube, and Clickhouse.
- Participate in support rotations and manage technical debt and SRE improvements to enhance platform reliability.
- Mentor engineers and lead complex technical initiatives spanning multiple teams with a focus on scalable SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, iterate, and launch new features.
