What you'll do
- Lead design and implementation of reports and visualizations across Gusto’s product suite using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Migrate legacy reports from Rails/MySQL to a modern reporting platform with Rails, Cube, and Clickhouse.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to enable data deposit and consumption on the reporting platform.
- Participate in support rotations and maintain a backlog of technical debt and SRE improvements.
- Mentor engineers and drive innovation in building scalable SaaS-based reporting solutions.
