What you'll do
- Take full ownership of a mature, business-critical Ruby on Rails application and its technical environment.
- Lead application development, including incremental improvements, legacy code refactoring, and performance issue resolution.
- Manage and maintain infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and system architecture with a focus on security and stability.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for internal systems and IT support, including Microsoft 365 administration.
- Operate independently in a senior, trusted role balancing planned development with responsive operational support.
